The location was superb. I could easily walk to major attractions. The staff were great too ensure a comfortable visit for everyone. The breakfast buffet was ample with fresh options and tasty pastries. I especially liked the express check-out which saved me time.

location really delivers. i walked to all main sites in about 20 minutes. staff i met were very nice. the hotel offered a good breakfast to start the day.
air conditioning control was absent, the room did get too hot at times.

front desk workers, especially vanesse, was helpful. their greeting was with real hospitality and that makes a difference to your stay. this did facilitate resolving a payment issue i experienced.

location is great because it is near public transportation. the hotel is close to both the metro and train stations, these being just steps away. this proximity made all the difference for getting around easily.
