Wonderful Stay in the Heart of the City
prime location helpful staff fresh options express check-out
The location was superb. I could easily walk to major attractions. The staff were great too ensure a comfortable visit for everyone. The breakfast buffet was ample with fresh options and tasty pastries. I especially liked the express check-out which saved me time.
The elevator was occasionally slow, but that was a very minor inconvenience.

The staff members provided friendly service at all times. They were attentive to our needs and quick to offer help with directions or recommendations. The reception area was always staffed and efficient with check-in and check-out procedures.

My room had a terrace, which I loved (especially for enjoying a quiet moment). The room included a modern bathroom with a powerful shower, and the bed linen felt very crisp and new, ensuring restful sleep.

Central location does deliver
central location nice staff good breakfast
location really delivers. i walked to all main sites in about 20 minutes. staff i met were very nice. the hotel offered a good breakfast to start the day.
air conditioning control was absent, the room did get too hot at times.

front desk workers, especially vanesse, was helpful. their greeting was with real hospitality and that makes a difference to your stay. this did facilitate resolving a payment issue i experienced.

location is great because it is near public transportation. the hotel is close to both the metro and train stations, these being just steps away. this proximity made all the difference for getting around easily.

breakfast was very good and varied for the morning. fresh squeezed juices added a touch, i noticed. there was a big selection for a good, tasty breakfast for me before exploring.

central location great hospitality tasty option
The location was indeed central (very close to everything!). The staff greeted us with true hospitality. Breakfast had a wide variety of tasty options.
The soundproofing could have been better. There was some noise from outside.
